Our client required a machine to perform final forming of a unique, pre-filled, beverage container.  Applied Kinetics used a servo driven, high speed indexing conveyor to accomplish the task.  Custom conveyor chain profiles ensured product stability during transport through the machine.

This design integrated an operator friendly and easy-to-clean guarding system made from stainless steel and lexan.  A large portion of the components were constructed from aluminum to reduce manufacturing costs while extending machine life.
