Applied Kinetics Steals the Show!

In 2003, the Chicago Food Expo featured a multilane filling machine designed by Applied Kinetics.  This machine was front-and-center as delegates entered the show, and attracted crowds of onlookers.  The operators were on-hand to demonstrate the operation, set-up, and speed of the system.  Many delegates stayed to watch the system in action, and to ask questions about this remarkable machine.

This machine features many unique capabilities, making it the most advanced and flexible filling system ever developed.  Most stations are servo controlled for speed and flexibility.  The control system uses a graphic user interface for simple set-up and customization.  Clean-in-place design was exhaustively applied to ensure rapid sanitation and change-over.
